Return and Exchange Policy
At Ella Reign, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online. Please review our policy below for more details:
Returns for Store Credit:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
- Returns will be issued in the form of an Ella Reign E-Gift Card (store credit).

Exchanges:
- Exchanges for the same item in a different size are available when requested within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
- You can start your exchange process by clicking the Exchange Portal Link here.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Items damaged or defective may be returned within 3 DAYS of delivery.
- Please contact our Customer Care team here to initiate the return process.
Final Sale Items:
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Items:
- If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Care team within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping is $6.99 for any number of items.
- If you use the return label provided by Ella Reign, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit (E-Gift Card).
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items.
Returning a Gift:
- Gift returns follow the same process as regular returns.
- The return shipping cost of $6.99 will be deducted from the E-Gift Card issued for the return.
Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
